Chandra Mettapalli
Chief Executive Officer Executive Director \/ Co-Founder<\/b><\/p>\n

Mr. Mettapalli, a graduate from City University of New York (1995) has extensively worked in several states in a variety of settings from Early Intervention to Skilled Nursing Facilities in the Occupational Therapy Department. He has more than a decade of experience and knowledge in treating children, adults, geriatrics in the above mentioned settings before starting Allied. Mr. Mettapalli oversees all aspects of Allied Resources starting from business development to new staff orientation. He is the foresight for the company and gives direction to the future of the company in relation to the market trends and industry needs. He is in constant communication with parents, teachers, Foreign University Deans, Early Intervention Officials, Pre-School Special Education Administrators, School Psychologists, Para Professionals, and other Board Of Education officials. He also provides clinical guidance to the therapists ensuring quality control and compliance as well as mentorship.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Mr. Shastry is a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Marketing) holder (1988) from T. A. Pai Management Institute, Manipal, India and MBA (CIS) from the Baruch College, City University of New York (1995). Before migrating to US he owned and operated a company in Bangalore, India supplying industrial gloves to international market. After obtaining his MBA in Computer Information System from City University of New York he worked with some of the most prestigious companies in the US, gaining exposure to and experience in Health Care, Service and Financial sectors. His rich work experiences include working for John Deere Healthcare, Moline, IL; Commonwealth Edison, Chicago, IL; and Credit Suisse Group, New York, NY. With his exceptional experience and skills he is an integral part of the organization. His team is responsible for all financial matters starting from accounts receivable to accounts payable as well as payroll and taxes. His superior understanding of IT technology gives him an edge in streamlining the systems within the company which in turn compliments the cash flow. His analytic approach to billing and turnaround time as well as his cost effective plans has made it possible for the organization to work without any significant financial backup until now.
